Multiquip Inc., a diverse manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment recently hired ApostleTech, a leading CRM partner and automated business solutions provider to head up its custom implementation project. The CRM implementation is currently underway and targeted for completion by end of year.
ApostleTech was tasked with consolidating and replacing Multiquip’s existing homegrown solution with a custom CRM that will operate more efficiently for the organization. The new CRM platform will streamline the sales and customer marketing journey and provide Multiquip with an updated technology stack for future global expansion.
“Selecting an implementation partner that recognizes your business objectives is essential to successfully launch a CRM initiative, said Juan Quiros, vice president of marketing for Multiquip. “From day one, the ApostleTech team actively engaged our management group in order to fully understand both our current position and plans for transforming digital marketing.”
Multiquip has a comprehensive product portfolio servicing customers worldwide and currently distributes its equipment in more than 70 countries through its thousands of authorized distribution partners.
“Our team has extensive experience working with companies in home building and construction,” explains Kyle Aulerich, founder and CEO of ApostleTech. “We understand their business and the information they need to capture and report to operate more effectively, but we also understand how they work and what the end users want and need for a successful adoption of the new system.”
