The information on a customer registration card is invaluable for tracking customer leads and converting them to buyers. The ongoing challenge is traditionally salespeople are more interested connecting with customers personally, then spend time inputting data. In an age of virtual shopping where the demand for contactless transactions is only increasing, gone are the days of the old paper registration cards. For users of our HCP CRM platform, we are taking it step further. While tablet sign-in/registration works well for gathering customer information, we’ve designed a contactless QR code that allows interested buyers to complete builder registration cards with a simple click.
