Castle & Cooke Hawai’i recently selected ApostleTech, a leader in integrated Salesforce solutions, to develop and implement a new custom CRM platform. Castle & Cooke Hawai’i will utilize the CRM to provide the company with a greater understanding of its customers for the company’s new masterplanned community.
“We had a basic system and wanted a CRM that would allow us to capture customer info, work more efficiently, and could handle our plans for growth,” explains Mary Hakoda, director of sales and marketing for Castle & Cooke Hawai’i. “Salesforce is robust and the ApostleTech team has a great deal of experience working with homebuilders and understands our business.”
Castle & Cooke Hawai’i will have approximately 20 users, including its offsite and inside sales teams. The new Koa Ridge masterplanned community currently has three neighborhoods with homes that appeal to different buyer profiles and planning is underway for a total of 3,500 homes that will have opportunities for health and wellness outdoor experiences (walking/biking trail, village green, and parks).
“Access to info in real-time and enhanced reporting capabilities will give us a better understanding of our customers, which will benefit us as we plan for growth,” adds Hakoda.
The full implementation and adoption is projected for completion by the Q2 of next year. ApostleTech will work closely with the management team at Castle & Cooke to outline the company’s goals, and design and customize the CRM with the features to address their operations. It will also include a scannable QR code that allows interested buyers to register and request information.
“We work with homebuilders throughout the U.S. and Canada,” explains Kyle Aulerich, CEO and founder of ApostleTech. “With the velocity in today’s homebuying market it is more valuable than ever for homebuilders to have an integrated CRM solution to be able to track customer data and automate marketing.”
