HistoryMaker Homes was using a legacy CRM system that did not integrate, connect functions correctly or provide the company with the tools needed for tracking needed information. The company is growing and expanding into new markets and needs a holistic CRM that increases its ability to track the customer journey and integrate information with its ERP system to increase overall efficiency in its operations.
About the Client
HistoryMaker Homes is a Texas-based homebuilding company that was founded in 1949 by the Mitchell family. For more than 60 years the family-owned company has been building homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth and in 2016 expanded to the Houston area. HistoryMaker Homes has approximately 80 – 100 users and more than 80 communities.
The HCP solution went live beginning of 2021. It included integrated lead creation in Salesforce (HCP) with follow up reports that surface new or returning lead inquiries and status of when follow up tasks are complete. This allows the teams to focus their efforts intelligently and efficiently, all while maintaining high data integrity. Other results and deliverables include:
